The Wii Fit Plus offers additional options over the current Wii Fit game and as such is sure to be a huge gift for this Christmas. The new Wii Fit game offers fitness fanatics new features which will hopefully re-motivate fitness plans and workouts throughout the country.
Players can set their own workout plans in 20, 30 or 40 minute workouts. This makes exercise with the Wii Fit Plus fun and original when combined with Nintendo’s fitness workouts and the new games. Workouts combine the original Wii Fit games, oops, I mean exercise, with 15 new games, 6 new toning exercises and a selection of yoga activities.
Fitness fans can personalise their Wii Fit Plus exercise plan by including the the amount of time they want to spend on their workouts, and also choose a specific personal improvement plan. The Wii Fit Plus will then make some suggestions based on these targets.
The Wii Fit Plus introduces a mix and match option for combining strength exercises with yoga exercises.
Suggested training may include an obstacle which contains platforms, beach training on a Segway® x2 Personal Transporter and a rather silly exercise involving a chicken suit, yes we did say chicken suit!
The beauty of the Wii Fit game, and indeed this Wii Fit Plus game, is that you are having so much fun you hardly notice you are exercising. Clearly the harder you have fun the better the workout. The Wii Fit Plus game will also show you an estimate of the calories you burned whilst having said fun.
